Show Post3. I START listening to auditions only AFTER the deadline, and try to listen to as many as I can in one session. The idea here is to give everyone a fair shot and not have the first applicants, or most recent applicants get any sort of bias. Probably more to come.
Show Post2. When auditioning, I've literally been told I don't have the follower count to get the role before. They felt confident saying that to my face. As a result, I don't check socials for people as I want the person I'm envisioning for the role, not the biggest creator possible.

This may be a personal preference, but I'd prefer the authenticity of 3 lines delivered in a row over spliced takes, due deference to mistakes/technical issues, been there, I get it
