So much of VR QA and bugfix time leading up to launch required us to fix edge cases like "tracking orientation is incorrect until manual reset if player trips and unplugs headset while shoving stick of butter into face and reconnects headset" rather than issues players actually run into.

QA Cert for a VR game is hilarious. You will seriously get a Jira ticket like: "Issue occurs on build 50834573Q if player is physically crouched while inside a vent, takes off HMD, HMD enters idle state, and is then powered back on later while the player is standing". O_O

This is ridiculous dedication. Somebody turned the iPhone Duo into the iPhone Wheel from the 20-year-old Onion News Network video. Like literally a 1:1 faithful adaptation of an ONN bit from ok two decades ago.
