Hopefully enough people bring this to the venue's attention so they can keep him off the property and prevent this from happening in the first place. I don't think you have to get Tony involved too if enough folks alert the venue so they can act accordingly.

Hopefully, he is blocked from being able to harass fans, but failing that, I hope everyone just no sells him and acts like they've never heard of him (which will be shoot for a lot of people). "Val Venis? Oh, do you mean Valarie Venus, Dark Sheik's alter ego? She's so cool."
