Day 49 of Sobriety: My insurance wouldn’t cover any more of the medication that makes me sleep. Little to no rest last night, up watching F-grade horror slashers. Crises always happen on a Friday, right? At least the meds that help control my nightmares are cheap. I’ll make it until Monday.
