This is why I doubt I’ll ever get an animated adaptation unless I make it myself. If Nickelodeon had made my show back when they optioned my IP, the Ellisons would now have it. So it’s not just that I won’t work for a company that sucks now. I have to assume someone shitty will own it eventually.
