I'm sorry. They refuse to medicate me for ADHD, and like, I get by, but I don't thrive. Sorry for these feelings they are so valid and I feel them too 🫂

was thinking of many such instances but the most egregious one of late is that my psychiatrist repeatedly dismisses my plight and insists that my severe untreated adhd and lack of executive function can be managed with lists and alarms. drives me fucking nuts.

that frustrating thing where you’re dealing with very nuanced long term issues and someone tries to solve your problems by thinking of the most basic, obvious fixes to your problem as if you were as new as they are and have just never sat down and thought to solve the problem yourself.
