We are at least living in a surprise golden age of low fidelity but high quality boomer shooters like Cultic and Sprawl ZERO and Forgive Me Father. Murdering deranged cultists is better than absorbing propaganda from the military, probably.

Finally finished Sprawl Zero, amazing stuff. Juicy gameplay, strong vibe, and as almost all very good games it ends with a mediocre boss fight. Highly recommend. Hard to compare to the og sprawl, it had some good stuff going for it but overall was mediocre, Zero tho is peak!
