My municipality uses an AI system that combines cameras, thermal cameras, smoke detectors, lightning strike data and more to spot wildfires early. We stopped like 9 fires last summer. That's good AI. I'd much prefer it if the data collected and profits for subscriptions went to a Canadian company.
Show PostIt's not a terrible investment for a few reasons. The first is that a lot of Canadian companies can't use foreign AIs because of privacy and data storage rules. They will use and pay for a Canadian solution.

The Tigers, since June 1 - 3rd most runs scored - fewest runs allowed but also they're the only team in MLB without a bunt hit this season, which is delightful in its own way
