As someone who has had my entire set of works from years past downloaded and redistributed on sites I'd never even heard about without my consent, at least consider that the authors whose work you enjoy so much might not appreciate it.

Unpopular opinion about the AO3 outage but before you upload those downloaded fics of other authors somewhere that's *not* AO3, please consider those authors may not appreciate redistribution of their work without consent. If they want to make it available elsewhere it should be their choice.
