Important context! A "no" vote is a vote to *preserve* repro rights protections, which is the opposite of the 2024 initiative. This is likely to have been made deliberately confusing since the 2024 initiative passed by a roughly 3% margin. VOTE NO ON 3.

Forcing a child to deliver an unwanted pregnancy, many of which will be the product of sexual assault at the hands of the very people from whom she has to obtain "consent" for said abortion, is itself rape. These are the people claiming to "protect women and girls"

One of the initiatives about to be voted on in MO is a joint abortion and GAC ban. It's an amalgam of TRAP law features alongside a near-total ban, repealing 2024 protections. The GAC ban obliquely uses the word "procedure" to obscure that is in fact a total ban. www.sos.mo.gov/petitions/20...
