It was hard enough to schedule meetings with Arizona and Indiana as outliers and I hate the thought that someone like Trump would be in charge of implementing this and would allow states or counties to change time zones or waive DST on a whim and without the time to do it properly.

My big concern if it passes is doing it during this presidency, specifically if Trump pushes for it to be done immediately and if a lot of states or counties decide they want exemptions and the whole map becomes fragmented.
