This has become my default assumption about a lack of hot water in a hotel these days. The newer the build, the more likely to be the case, it seems. Don't understand how this gets signed off on.

The Temple. They used to have a really impressive auto/moto book section but it's shrunk over the years (as it has at most indy shops). Still - no trip to Portland is complete without Powell's!
