Section 3 defines internal use as not making the model or derivatives available to third parties. Self-hosting alone doesn't settle the scope; sections 2/3 of the license linked above give the conditions and exceptions.

Scary one. Turning off auto updates for extensions and checking the changelog before updating is a simple habit worth keeping for a while.
