And still I see maybe 50% of people on X and 30-40% of people here suggesting Binance hacked itself. I’m sorry, but stealing your own funds and ruining your reputation, likely forcing your exchange to either scale down or shut down in a few years is not 5D chess, it would be senseless and stupid.

Binance is a money printing machine. The volumes mean they can sit back and simply make billions and billions of dollars. I see no evidence to suggest they were or are insolvent, that the stolen funds have gone anywhere besides the DPRK, or that it was a secret windfall for Binance execs.
