BTW if I were going to do a big two article spread in Seattle's daily newspaper on Kemper Development, I would mention the fact that the company has been trying (and often succeeding) at keeping Bellevue's transportation system stuck in 1950 for decades.

so this is a fabricated story, but I will point out: Every single house and apartment in Seattle is a drug-use unit if someone uses drugs, including alcohol, inside it (and side note, Seattle only arrests for PUBLIC drug use, so it's not like the city officially gives a shit about drug use itself)
