There is exactly 1 item that is cheaper than the rest. The Diet Dr. Pepper at $3.99 instead of $4.09. So there's the play. You can save 20 cents by getting 4L of Diet Dr. Pepper and then your 6L of whatever you actually want to drink.

I will say, it seems like the wording on this implies the 3 most expensive items are free as long as you buy 2 items of equal or lesser value. I'm not a logician though.
