I’m truly shocked by these comments from the president of the National Trainers Federation. I had expected Hugo Baillie Rohan Palmer, 5th Baron Palmer, scion of the Huntley and Palmer biscuit empire, to be a tooth’n’claw socialist. Shows what I know.
