so the Client was going to inevitably break the lease anyway. I warned Landlord and Landlord's lawyer that this would go badly and they should consider NOT being such blatant bigots, but they insisted that Client pay. So we sued. Today Landlord's Lawyer offered Client a very large sum of money,

I'm in favor of taking constitutional amendments seriously and not dismissing them as impossible, but it's silly to say you're proposing an amendment for things that could already be done by regular legislation. It's also unserious to bundle a grab-bag of unrelated things into a single amendment.

I am a little sad because this is the first year since I knew it was a thing that on #blackcatday we do not have a black cat. Sid (Obsidian) was with us for nearly 17 years. We lost him this past year.
