All that said, I won't be removing my artwork from e621 just yet, I'll give it a month or so. If anything, to give me a chance to finish my current comm queue rush and afford myself time to move a... FAIRLY LARGE gallery of my work to Itaku. If nothing substantial occurs on e6's side, i'll move.

I will note that this post (that OP has since, admitted) is heavily inflammatory (as it should be, it's a call to action), but it's footnote to not harass e621 moderators is very small. A former staff noted that 98% of the staff was against the AI site's existence.

I was originally going to make a post that was like "oh, but if I don't have e621, I won't have a place to host my larger animation work, as FA doesn't support animations outside of gifs..." I was then reminded that Itaku exists, and itaku lets me upload up to 250MB video files. So, uh... yeah.

The worst part of trying to move a large gallery of work from one site to another as a sole artist is the idea that if I want to say, preserve the ability to search through my work for specific fetishes, characters, or otherwise, I would have to manually tag what is essentially 500+ images by hand.

Having a breakdown in the cold is awful, but that's why having a cold-weather mechanic like Clement around is good! ... though, sometimes ya wonder if he should dress better for the weather, eh? ❄️💦💦 (comm for @naooconnor.bsky.social!)
