The Cheesecake Factory is making fun of The Cheesecake Factory. That is the entire point of The Cheesecake Factory. It’s a dessert and mixed drink bar with surprisingly decent high-calorie food. They want you to look around, linger, laugh at the decorations, and order another drink.

I've seen a lot of people harp on the fact that he wasn't making fun of the Cheesecake Factory per se, and... you should be able to make fun of the Cheesecake Factory. If we can live with a ten-year effort to normalize slurs again, we can say the Cheesecake Factory looks stupid.
