One thing that was true yesterday and will be true tomorrow is that the post-2015 Constitutional Tribunal, especially under the leadership of Bogdan "Godzilla" Święczkowski, is not an independent court but rather a politicised cosplay of what the Tribunal should be.

It appears he has been suspended on the grounds of a rather liberal interpretation of what "being unable to act as president of the Tribunal" means. But I would say that the law is in the rearview mirror of this political situation.

Qu'on se comprenne, je trouve que LFI a d'énormes défauts, que sa stratégie est idiote et mortifère, que JLM et certaines de ses positions posent plein de problèmes et que tout ça va nous envoyer droit dans le mur. Ça ne fait pas de LFI un parti d'extrême-gauche.
