I paced the EVL Half Marathon today. Met a bunch of people who were doing this as their first half marathon and they all crushed it!For me, this was half marathon number 4 for 2026 and number 65 since I started in 2012. Big plans for 2027! #runchat #brooksrunning #garmin #runningthreads #skyrunning

Today I did Atholl Parkrun for the first time since the inaugural. Very nice 4-lapper course, not too hilly. I ran out of steam a bit, but still managed 27:22, my 5th best parkrun time. Lovely volunteers and a very friendly spaniel, Charlie.

October 100k. P-5 is complete! This was the first time in 2026 that Tommy, Mark, and I rode together. This is also coffeeneuring ride #2. It was Speedway gas coffee. I should find better coffee.
