Yay. Slow steady growth is good. The two churches of my placement were >50 across the two. Someone had been brought to hear the vicar's feminist sermons but she wasn't preaching. The reader was & not particularly feminist on All Saints, though apparently being a retired midwife he is on occasion

Hooray! We're in a similar position but 30 is the critical number. Was a huge cause for celebration a few months ago; now a bit disappointing if we don't hit it.

I also tried to express this and I suspect that others will feel similar. The lovely thing here is that we do have clergy who are responsive to feedback around changes, so for next year hopefully we can go back to our usual practice, for a couple of reasons!
