This year’s fresh hop beer from Hostomice is available on draft as of yesterday. It’s excellent (again): lasting but balanced bitterness, maybe not as aromatic as in other years, but still a gem. Get some.

Milled quince always reminds me of scrambled eggs 😁 It always looks so dry, but yields a surprising amount of juice. I will let this macerated a couple of hours before pressing.
