Celtics’ Toughest Test Yet: Inside Boston’s Brutal Week vs. Magic, Rockets, Bucks, Hornets www.si.com/nba/celtics/...
Show PostPerfectly said. Everything but the talent is objectively better. Smell the … ok, maybe that’s not “better”. It’s definitely real, though.
Show PostSome great news: new team, but Deandre Ayton "Korntests" are still a thing! Nearly misses a blockout on Kalkbrenner here because he challenges a 3 from inside the charge circle
Show PostIt was my amateur opinion then, too. We were all wrong. And it was the game experience. Hugo beat the curve because he’d already seen “how fast” it was playing with (and practicing against) Ibaka and Hezjona, etc. He didn’t need to adjust, he needs to improve skills and decision making.
Show PostMaine’s roster was built for Cenac to succeed. They got an older college teammate, a 3&D wing, a Big who likes to pass, and Devin Carter to create space. Cenac has a clear role as the secondary option/creator and can play lots of minutes at a higher level of competition. I hope he blossoms.
