Delivery of a new fridge freezer it arrived with two large dents in the door!! I’d swear that the damage was done by the delivery driver as he unpacked it in the road and brought it in on a sack barrow! He got the hump when I told him to take it back! No more in stock! I’m fuming! £800 too!!

That's shit. Similar happened to me though it was the delivery driver who discovered the damage. As it was at back and not really noticeable, I opted to keep it. At the driver's suggestion, I took pictures and got £30 back from AO.
