DOI attorney's name apparently is Mr. Hoggart. Woodward jumps in to argue that DOI attorney Hoggart has counsel (DOJ) and should be represented by counsel. Woodward says DOI counsel hasn't been sworn in. JR: OKAY LET'S SWEAR

DOI attorney seems to be aware that he's in jeopardy. He's leaving gaps between Judge Reyes' questions and his answers. Now DOI attorney seems confused about what the word "plan" means. JR says she'll get the dictionary again, but we'll be here all day if you keep doing that.
