Alaska does have a state review board that approves election results, but it's under the lieutenant governor's office. So while the state government plays a role before the new Congress is seated, it doesn't seem to directly involve the governor.

He has no role in certification. He will be out of office before Congress is seated so certification WILL happen. It's just undermining the democratic process for what - a cushy job with a right wing think tank? Pathetic.
