I think a lot about the complexity of the difficulties Black neurodivergent and disabled people face when navigating the hiring process. The “tell me about a time when” questions for example feel like a trap.

I feel filthy and lots of self hatred for posting on Facebook about my views as a neurodivergent woman and LGBTQ ally and supporting DEI. I'm going to lose my best friend of 16+ years over this because she just snapped at another friend, and the friend blocked her. I hardly see her- she's in Oregon.
