Show PostI swam 2-3x a week (for a minimum 30 minutes non-stop crawl stroke) while I was on my last round of chemo. I'm sure it helped me get through it with efficacy and minimal side effects. (Although I needed retacrit for the brain fog.) I hope the exercise keeps it from coming back.
