After 10 years, I disabled my lobste.rs account. I think it's clear I am not a culture fit anymore with whatever it is they have going on there. I feel more and more like I don't belong in almost any tech community because I believe LLM agents are real, passkeys are good, and fascism is bad.

Buffer based detection is the right call. Mixed repos with both a build.sbt and a project.scala are where guessing from the root would bite.

Getting the syntax right per tool saves real time, since sbt wants %% and scala-cli wants a //> using dep line. Does it detect the build tool from the files in the project?
