Honestly reading the comments I'd be concerned with your pack interacting with her dog if she doesn't have any basic obedience. Like the costs of dealing with a potential dog fight outweigh the benefits here. Especially if you have to leave yours unsupervised with hers.

Eh, having lived with roommates who didn't prioritize their pets' health to the same extent I did, I wouldn't do it again. Untreated parasites, no flea/tick preventative, and lack of respect for my pets put mine at risk. I also had to watch one cat slowly deteriorate from unmanaged kidney disease.
