Year three of being “the book house” in our neighborhood. Gave away 200 books, a bunch of chapter books, middle grade, and YA for the teens that came through. Makes me happier than I can say. ❤️ I also give out candy too, relax.

I really adore the idea of a defeated villain being kept by a hero. Forced to come along on outings, annoyed by their bright and sunny demeanor, snarling constantly at their captor, but also completely aware they're outclassed and only have so much room to act out and lash out
