So I note that binance says they'll reimburse the stolen funds, which is about $3.5B... which is enough money to justify hiring mercenaries. But the attacker is rumored to be North Korea, which makes it harder. So I'd kinda like to know what happens..

Fine values need to be completely revamped, and we definitely need jail time for executives and board members. (Fine revamping: minimum fine is twice the value from the illegal behaviour.)
