Portal in VR with Alyx-style hands. You drop a cube through the portal and it falls out above your head, and you actually look up and watch it land. I'd pay to stand inside that lol #gamedev

Show PostScreen shake, head bob, FOV kicks add punch in a flat game, but in VR they move the world while your head stays still and your stomach notices FIRST. Hard cutscene cuts do it too, the viewpoint teleports. Which camera effect would you cut first for VR?
Show Postfinished flat Unity game, now in a headset. the menus just float in the room and you point at them with the controller. I think the pointing is what sells it #VR
Show Posthot take: flat games don't feel bad in VR because of graphics, it's the menus. pause screen glued to your face and you can't point at anything, nothing else matters tbh. fix that first, argue with me
