Just met with my surgeon for my 1 month follow up, even tho it's been a month and 20 days. he had vacation, which is fine, I got more through the plan so probably for the better. nothing major to report besides THANK GOD I'M CLEARED TO GET COVID AND FLU VACCINES. By far my 2nd favorite vaccine ever

They are back! Today was my first fall sighting of migrant Trumpeter Swans along my little stretch of the Bow River in SE #YYC. For the past 6 winters, the open waters have hosted a growing number of overwintering swans likely playing a needed role in this threatened species recovery. #birds
