My heart is heavy. Walter Koenig, our Ensign Pavel Chekov, passed away early today. Walter and I met on the bridge of the Enterprise in the 1960s, and we stayed friends for nearly six decades. When Brad and I married in 2008, Walter stood beside us as our best man.

said yesterday that by partaking in speculation about normal football things such as sacking/employing managers, we are simply playing along with their diversion tactics from the real issue. Nothing changes until the owners go and we’ve been kidding ourselves that maybe things could despite them.

I like Carrick. He clearly knows something cos he had us playing well last season. The problem isn't him but a group of players that downs tools and gets managers fired when they feel like it. Rinse and repeat work managers doesn't work. May as well keep Carrick and spend time clearing the squad.

That’s PRECISELY what I want to see and what should be said. Spot on, Carrick.
