They would argue that but knowing a few builders and their flashy houses and cars, I doubt it. The big house builders have shareholders to satisfy. That’s the bigger problem. Plus new types of house building do tend to go bust?

Collective memory? Increased (initially) costs and lack of labour with the skills to implement it. But the real reason is profit margin. The old ways are cheaper, staff already trained etc. Basically to maintain their profit margin.

The harm from consuming manosphere content is more insidious. It isolates you from others, whether it's women or male friends, makes you angry, aggrieved and destroys any chance of a healthy social life. This has imho worse long term health effects than merely smoking a pack a day for a lifetime.

Having unfortunately partaken in both in the past, I'll say in tobacco's defence that at least it felt good to smoke.
