At the brunch place they named all their dishes with first names + a one or two word description. Part of the fun was guessing whether they were naming it after a famous person or just someone they knew. One weekend (just once!) I came in and my fave was on the specials board w my first name.

it wasn't my birthday or anything. They just decided that this variation of another thing that I asked to be made special for me every weekend they might as well see if it was popular. Like most specials it didn't come back so I assume it wasn't wildly popular, but it was incredibly sweet to see.
