Local model slow? Run ollama ps while it's answering. Check PROCESSOR and CONTEXT. A larger context window needs more memory. Change one setting, rerun the same prompt, compare. Keep the model and prompt fixed so you can see what changed.

I’m fed up with Meta: for no reason, other than I switched from a smaller iPad to a larger one, they now have locked me out and want a video of me for I.D. !! I just started my small business there, but am NOT giving them a Video to train their AI bots! Very frustrated with Meta right now!
