3/3 years. Approx 2007 I employed FT SALT, ED Psych - 3 day Week, OT - 3 day week. 2qualified Specialist Teachers (SpLD & MSI) . Primary school in a deprived area. The difference we made was enormous. That’s why I am so pro qualified interventions/support.
