The fact of the matter is her clout is de minimis. Depending on whether or not you include Medicaid, ME ranks in the mid-20s to very low 30s in terms of per capita federal funds. We'd be getting roughly the same funding if someone else, regardless of state or party, chaired Appropriations.

The media is biting on all of it, but the average American doesn’t give a shit about the fake Dan Sullivan, the Haley Stevens drama, or any of the other bullshit the GOP is shoving down our throats. They care about the economy, the war, and Trump’s corruption.
