yep, low dose naltrexone only works for me because i found my individual optimal dose through trial and error (1.4 mg! i started losing positive effects past 2 mg, which is how i knew i actually needed to go back down!)

As someone who has benefitted from LDN before: 1mg starting dose would’ve absolutely left me with nothing but side effects to begin with and that fast a ramp up would only make it worse This one size fits all approach is what is killing these LDN trials imo.
