I am so sorry you're going through that. 🫂 If it helps to know, the message to mask up is being received. I haven't stopped masking up since the start of the pandemic, mainly because my wife is immunocompromised. You are strong, and you are in the right. I know you'll get through this.

And that second part of your question is the major problem. It is cheaper for the building owner to pay the fine for leaving scaffolding up than to do the required work. The second part is that scaffolding companies use this as storage until their next job. Again, cheaper.
