We have to fix our checks and balances. We have a dictator whose only resistance is from non-SCOTUS courts and the people. It won’t be enough to put restraints on the President if no one will enforce those restraints.
Show PostStep 1 is expanding SCOTUS. Like half of the most egregious rulings in history come from this court. Trump immunity & Shelby County are 2 of the 5 most lawless decisions ever. There’s absolutely nothing we can do in the legislature or the executive branch without fixing SCOTUS.
