> based on what you see, which I was able to solve logically based on the state of items in the pictures so I didn't see the point of it. I hardcore fucked up at a numbers memory thing though because a noise in the corridor + the exhaustion of the whole thing wrecked my concentration.

I'm almost sad I didn't get the story one as it would've been funny to see how I might manage it. Some of the formal testing things can be quite weird, and probably also in need of an update as diagnosis research develops... I did one of the "theory of mind" tests where you have to order pictures >

It's quite sad I spent the pandemic getting annoyed at myself for often "looking disinterested" during Zoom calls because I was fidgeting so much, or also really struggling with video call-based interviews after my PhD, when actually there were some good reasons why it was hard lol

And also - "tactical stimming" I love that!!! The #1 for me is rotating things like pens in my hands during Zoom calls. The sounds of crappy laptop microphones are a big misophonia trigger for me and I need to do stuff with my hands to be able to cope

It's wild to me that ADHD couldn't even be diagnosed with autism until 2013 (!!!), when AuDHD experiences are so specific and different. Psychology & understanding of neurodiversity has soooo long to go. (Not ADHD myself but I find that not being able to diagnose them together in the past wild)
