There's some signifcant coastal geology further up the coast in the Illawarra too Tim, if you're interested. Bombo Headland quarry is Heritage listed (just north of Kiama). en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bombo_H... Plus, the northern Illawarra headlands/beaches are interesting too.🌊🪨⛏️

That Glasshouse granite is stunning country — the joint patterns and differential weathering that sculpt those tors into wild shapes are textbook stuff. Your "Sphinx" likely formed through spheroidal weathering along intersecting fracture planes. What a find!
