If you cannot understand that call center employees are people who deserve dignity and respect and to not have to listen to people say profanities or sexual suggestive things to them while at their (often low-paying) job, then I don't really know what to tell you.

idk if it made an actual difference to customer service reps not to have to mention pussy dick or ass to a customer, i think it's valid to respect that preference. they don't make great wages and they probably get a lot of harassment and crank calls

I don't know if USPS does this, but sometimes a customer service agent will have to ask you your challenge question over the phone to verify your identity. This could be about avoiding inappropriate scenarios there.
