Cut out my entire family 30 years. Toxic cunts the lot of them. I have a completely normal life now; wife, kids, home etc. we have mutual friends and they tell me they are all still utterly toxic with unbelievably chaotic lives. Best thing I ever did.

Highly recommend this approach. When probate came through on my mother eight years ago, that was the last time I spoke with my siblings. Life has been so less patronising and condescending since. I was able to go off blood pressure medication soon after.

My mother died and my brother and I are preparing to sell her house. I'm the executor and need his help so I'm being very amicable and friendly. He doesn't know that when the estate is settled, I will rarely if ever speak to him again because he's an annoying bellend.

Anyone who hurts, tortures or kills animals for fun has at least some degree of psychosis. Including fishing, which inflicts pain and terror even if you put them back. I don't know how you enjoy doing this sort of thing unless you're a bit of a red flag case.
