I was at the Mayor of Welwyn Hatfield, Michel Siewniak's BC Pierogi Night. The hospitality was faultless; the Polish singers were fabulous; and the food was delicious. I was there representing Hertfordshire County Council as Vice Chair. Such an honour and pleasure.
